Information Collection and Use
We collect information from you in several different ways on this Web Site. One goal in collecting personal information from you is to provide efficient, meaningful, and customized experience. In the course of operating the Site and/or interacting with you, we will collect (and/or receive) the following types of information.

When you place an Order, you must provide us with certain information about membership, admission or registration fees, products and services, or other items you are seeking to purchase. Such information is collectively called the “Order Information.”

a. From You.
Additional information about yourself that you voluntarily provide to us (e.g., via a survey), such as household income range, gender, product and service preferences, and other information that does not identify you personally (“Non-Personally Identifiable Information”). If you elect to post material to our any blogs, forums, or participate in our community boards that may be offered on our Site, then such materials will be collected and may be publicly available for others to view. Even after you terminate your account, all such materials submitted by you on the Web Site or social media channels may be retained by us indefinitely and we may continue to disclose such materials publicly.
b. From Your Activity.
Log files: we also collect Non-Personally Identifiable Information through our Internet log files, which record data when you use the Site, including, without limitation: user Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, which may consist of a static or dynamic IP address and will sometimes point to a specific identifiable computer or device; browser type and language; referring and exit pages and URLs; date and time; amount of time spent on particular pages; what sections of the Site you visit; and similar data; and Information about your device, including the type of device; universally unique ID (“UUID”); advertising identifier (“IDFA”); MAC address; operating system and version; carrier and country location; hardware and processor information; network type; and similar data. The Non-Personally Identifiable Information and other anonymous statistical data involving the use of our Site may be used to analyze trends, to administer the Web Site, to monitor our Site’s use, and to gather general demographic information. We may link this information to Personally Identifiable Information for these and other purposes such as personalizing your experience on our Site, and evaluating our online content, products, and offerings.
If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal Information to us, or on our Site, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.
Notice of Privacy Rights to California Residents
Companies that collect Personal Information from California residents and disclose such information to third parties (including affiliated entities) for marketing purposes must, in response to a request by a consumer, either (1) provide a list detailing the categories of information shared and the entities to which such information was provided, or (2) provide a mechanism by which a consumer may opt-out of having his or her information shared with third parties. Information You Share
Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Information available to third parties, through email, social networks, message boards or web logs, during webinars, teleconferences, or in comment or chat areas, that information can be seen, collected, heard, and/or used by others besides us. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized third-party use of such information. The Personal Information you have provided us and information about your order may be shared with third parties, including, but not limited to, our related companies, trusted third party marketing and business partners, and as may be required by law. The Information may be considered with other Personally Identifiable Information (such as demographic information and past purchase information) available from our records and other sources. This information will be used to make our future marketing efforts more efficient. It may also be used by our marketing partners to bring you offers of interest. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that the Information that you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to and from us over the Internet. It is important to note that this Site and its server are operated in the United States. Discussions and Community Tools
Our Site may make product reviews, chat rooms, forums, bulletin boards, news groups, and other community tools available to registered users and/or visitors. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information for other users to view and for Feel Good All Under to use. Please do not disclose any Personally Identifiable Information in these publicly accessible areas of our web site. Please be considerate and respectful of others while using any chat rooms, forums or message boards to share your opinion.
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please understand, however, that no security system is impenetrable, and no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of the information that you transmit via our online services.

Feel Good All Under reserves the right to disclose or transfer Personal Information and Non-personal information about you and your activities on our Site in order to comply with a legal requirement, or requests from law enforcement or other government officials, administrative agencies, or third parties as we, in our sole discretion, determine necessary or appropriate for the administration of justice, or in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements or violations of any other law, rule or regulation, our FeelGoodAllUnder.com Terms and Conditions of Use, or other rules or policies of our Site, the rights of third parties, or an investigation of any other activity that may expose us or you to legal liability, or to investigate any suspected conduct which Feel Good All Under in its sole discretion deems improper.
Opt Out Procedures/ Changing Your Information
You have the option to opt out of receiving information from Feel Good All Under and our Site. If you would like to update your information, or no longer wish to take advantage of our Site or receive any form of direct contact from Feel Good All Under or our web site, whether it is email, newsletters, discounts, or other promotional offers or materials, contact us. Upon your request, we will (a) correct or update your Personal Information, (b) stop sending emails to your email address, and/or (c) disable your account to prevent any future purchases through that account. You can make these requests by emailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also remove your e-mail address from our email list at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in every Feel Good All Under email.
There is not yet a consensus on how companies should respond to web browser-based or other “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) mechanisms. For this reason we currently do not respond to web browser DNT signals that provide a method to opt out of the collection of information about online activities over time and across third-party web sites or online services.
